The main objectives are to provide a green separation between riverand pedestrians and create little habitats for wildlife. It is built as apart of river and riverbank re-naturing.

• It is basically built out of impregnated wood and covered withflowering plants in particular.
• It is not a continuous fence along the river. It is interrupted insome spots.
• Its height varies but it is not higher than the eye level of asitting person around the sitting areas.
