As cities and regions across the globe are being pushed towards becoming “greener” and more sustainable, it became clearer that there isn’t one “fix-all” solution. Each city and locality have its own unique challenges which needs to be considered. 

The project group Nature-Based Solutions for Urban Areas, composed of the EU-funded projects SATURN, Landscape Metropolis, and URBAN GreenUP, specifically addresses the topic of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS). In this webinar, we will hear from members of the project group on their results that can be used by both local governments and civil society organizations.
