BinhDinh People’s Committe is the executive arm of a provincial government, and is responsible for formulating and implementing policy in BinhDinh province, including policy on environmental protection and response to climate change.
Quy Nhon is a coastal city in the BinhDinh Province. It is composed of 16 wards and five communes with a total of 284 km².
The city has a long coastal line, a 5,000 hectares lagoon and locates in downstream areas of two rivers.
